  • All government taxes are extra
  • Extend your stay and savor more moments — an additional night may be availed at a special rate of INR. 25,000 per night (APAI, inclusive of all taxes).
  • Check-in time is 2:00 pm and Check-out time is 11am. Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and it’s an additional charges are applicable
  • Guest are requested to cross the check post before 5:00pm, check-in will not be allowed after 5:00pm. The last 3 KMS leading upto the resort is deep forest road and is untarred and bumpy. There are no street light on this stretch of road. Hence it is advisable to check in before late evening.
  • It is mandatory to present, address with valid photo government identification for Indian citizen and all other nationality guest’s to be presented valid Passport and Visa at the time of Check-in.(PAN Card is not considered as valid photo identity in terms of Resort check-in)
  • Confirmation against 100% advance payment.
  • Reservation will be guaranteed only after receiving the payment (within 12hrs of the reservation).
  • Rates are quoted in Indian Rupee per room per night.
  • In case of no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charge for the entire stay.
  • Cancellation policy: 50% retention charges for cancellation done within 14 days & full retention for cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival
  • Online payment fee charges/ bank transaction charges will be levied on refund, for any cancellation within cancellation period eligible for refund.
  • No visitors are allowed
  • Photo-shoot can be done, only on chargeable basis.
  • Pets are not allowed
  • All rooms are non-smoking
  • Romantic Pool villa is strictly for a couple. Children/Infants are not allowed in this villa for safety reasons.
  • We do not have a bar at the resort; however, you may carry your own alcohol and consume the same in the room; alcohol consumption is not allowed in public areas.
  • No loud music allowed in public areas, the resort is about the peace and tranquility in the surrounding areas; hence noise levels should be kept at minimum.
