What are the different types of categories in cottages?
There are four categories of cottages available. All are luxury cottages with balcony villas, Jaccuzi Villas and Pool Villas
Do you have wifi facility in the resort?

We do have Wifi facility in all categories of rooms which is also accessible in public areas like restaurant, Lobby, Ayurveda and games area.

Do all these 3 categories of cottages open to the same view? Or does the top section offer a better view than the other ones?
Each room, despite of categories, offer the same magnificent view. The location is situated at an Island with a beautiful view of the lake from all three sides, i.e.peninsular view. All the categories are constructed in such a way to get maximum of this breath taking view.
How to reach to the resort?

After arrived the location called Pandinarathara, Waynad. It has to travel 3km through deep
forest. The journey to the forest it’s a different experience and we recommend the slow drive
since it’s muddy road.

Why is the check-in time restricted from 2.00pm to 5.00pm?
It is a 3km journey though the forest.We need to ensure our entire guest arrive the resort safely. Moreover we recommend everyone to explore the property ambience; therefore, the guest has to check-in in the day light not later than 5.00pm.
Do you have Family Rooms? Why don’t you accommodate 4 pax in one room, even if Jacuzzi and pool villa are premium categories why can't these rooms accommodate 4pax? Do you have family rooms? Interconnected rooms?

We only have provision to put one extra bed in each room. Adding more beds would lead to
congestion and would make your stay here uncomfortable. So, as per policy, we can’t
accommodate 4 pax . You may take 2 nearby rooms to accommodate more guests.

What are the options available in restaurant? Do you provide Jain food?
We have a multi cuisine restaurant, so we do have a variety of options for veg and non-veg food. We do provide Jain food, but we need to get prior before the arrival.
Do you provide room service for food?
We provide room service for food. However, it is only available at a specific time, that too with a limited Menu. We encourage our guests to take dinner; breakfast & lunch from the restaurant itself. We provide buggy services as well.
Why are you charging extra for room service if we needed?
We serve all meals including Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Buffet and in our restaurant.Though room dining options are available; charges for it depend on the variety of food ordered by the guest.
Do you have a separate kitchen and separate section in restaurant to serve veg food?
There is a separate area for veg and non-veg food in kitchen. Though it’s under the same roof, both will be kept separately.
Can we request for an early check-in and late check out?
Our check in- check out time is fixed and at the same time, is very much flexible to our guests. We can only confirm one day prior to the check in date, and additional charges will be applicable according to extension of time.
Do you have spa facility?
We do have an Ayurveda centre, where can take Kerala traditional massage.
What are the activities available in your resort? Do kids have anoutdoor section?
We do have indoor and outdoor games for kids and adults. We also have a turf and a basketball court.
Are all villas are air conditioned? Do all rooms have a balcony?
Yes, all villas are aircondoned and have balcony
Why can’t you allow kids in Pool Villa, Even though all other properties in Munnar/Wayanad are allowing the same?
As per our management policy, we don’t allow kids under the age of 12 into our pool villas .We are extremely concerned about the safety of each of our guest. Our pool has a depth of 5 feet, so it would be risky to stay there with kids.
Is smoking allowed in the room as well as in balcony?
Our property is surrounded by forest area. So as per the rule, smoking in the room and balcony is strictly prohibited. However, we have provided a smoking zone which is near to the lobby.
Do you have bar facility in your resort?
We don’t have licence. Anyway you are free to carry liquor and can consume it from your room itself.
Do you provide boating from your side?
We don’t have any packages for boating or service from the resort. However, boating options undertaken by the Kerala Electricity Board [Government] are available near our property .You can visit and avail normal boating as well as speed boating.
Is your pesticide control is effective and harmless?
Our property is a 100% eco-friendly resort. We only use mild pesticides made without any chemicals
Is it possible to do photo shoot at your resort?
Photo shoot is allowed in our resort with prior intimation on chargeable basis
Does your Romantic Pool Villa have a roof?
The pool, on one side is open like an infinity pool. On the other side, we have thatched roof.
Do all the villas have bath tub?
No. We have Jacuzzi available only in Jacuzzi villa category.
Is Flower decoration possible in Jacuzzi?
Though, we can arrange flower bed decoration in Jacuzzi Villa, flower decorations are not possible in Jacuzzi .Since the Jacuzzi is temperature controlled , any decorations will affect the functioning.
Do you have any 2 bedroom villa which can accommodate 2 families together?
We do have a two bed room Villa. All our Luxury lake view villas are 1 bedroom villas which can accommodate maximum three pax .Interconnecting villas also available in the property.
What all activities are provided within the package or which all activities are available in the resort?
We permit Cycling in certain areas of the property. Other than that, we have indoor games, Nature walk, Ayurveda massage, Yoga & Meditation, Cooking Demonstration etc.
Are airport transfers included in the price?
We can arrange the same but it’s on chargeable basis.
Is your resort senior citizen friendly/accessible?
Yes, our resort is senior citizen friendly. However, it should be kept in mind that our property is located 10km away from the main town. You have to travel 3km inside forest area through a mud road. All our villas are on cluster wise. We can allocate rooms near to restaurant for easy access and buggies will be available at the any time.
Can we come directly to the resort by car or should we take a boat as it seems like the property is on an island.

All 3sides of the property are surrounded by water bodies while one side of the resort has road access. You can come directly to the resort in your vehicle. However, we recommend a slow drive since it is a mud road.
